whenever we finish we're gonna have a party. that's still a lil ways off though. closer than we used to be though, we did a shit ton of work this weekend. i will attribute this to 69 being a do-er. he DOES WORK! (i do too, but i'm lazy sometimes, he usually isn't)

to answer your question, no, you can't just build something and call it a day.

anyone building anything had to get city inspections. guess they think everyone is a newb. or maybe it's so that the building it up to code.
