I'm glad that 3 English clubs are in the semifinals, because it says a lot about the Premier League...

freaking crazy UEFA cup game I just watched... Getafe-Bayern

1-1 1st leg

I turned it on in the 2nd half of the 2nd leg, Getafe was up 1-0 over Bayern. Ribery ties it up in like the 86th minute to force extra time. Getafe scores twice in the first 5 minutes of extra time to take a 3-1 lead, 4-2 aggregate. Toni scores near the beginning of the 2nd overtime period and then scores in the last minute of extra time to tie it 4-4 and they go through on away goals, it was amazing

lol. did anyone just see Gomes save in the PSV game? it was funny/good

well since i was prob the only one to see it i will explain. gomes came out to to punch a ball near the edge of the box and cleared it about 15 yards upfield, but fell over his defender. midfielder for fiorentina gets it trys to chip gomes, so now hes racing back to tip it over the bar...he dives for it, tips it into the bar, falls to the ground on teh goalline, the ball is coming down off the bar right in front of him and a striker is coming in for the poach, somehow he manages to kick the ball to himself after he lands and as the ball is coming down and he smothers it right on the goalline right as the striker swings his foot to smash it but just barely misses.
