Big game tonight. Usually I think Pitt is overrated and a product of their soft early OOC schedule but they aren't the typical bruising slow Pittsburgh team. They are a NYC area dominated team that can run w/ size. They will give Duke matchup problems but I ultimately think Duke will win by 5 or so...

By the way I like how everywhere lists this as Duke @ Pittsburgh... I hope no one is stupid enough to actually think K scheduled a real away game... it's fucking at MSG...

i'd much rather have tough games on neutral courts than carolina's "grueling" five game road trip against brigham young, overranked ohio state and kentucky teams, pennsylvania, and rutgers. duke usually has one or two tough non-conference road games, but multiple very tough neutral court games.

i agree with you in thinking duke wins by five points or so. i think gerald henderson and demarcus nelson will both have around 20 points tonight.

Honestly, I think there is something to be said about going into arenas like the RAC or Rupp and playing in front of hostile crowds, if for no other reason than to prepare yourself for the ACC road schedule... I'm not saying Duke has a weak schedule (I think they have a tougher one than UNC) but I'd like to see how they fare in true road games...

*** I think Pitt fans will represent well @ MSG though... they have a TON of kids from the area like I said and they travel well to the B.E. Tourney usually. This, along with Georgetown-Memphis, will be the two games of the week easily...
