i really like both. i had kielbasa tonight, actually. it's good and quick. brats have to go slower.

if i had to choose i'd take kielbasa because i like to saute it up w/ peppers and onions and eat it with macaroni and cheese and baked beans. that was one of my favorite meals when i was a kid.

i fucking love the italian sausage dogs you get at county fairs and stuff.

i've never made fish tacos, but i'd imagine you'd want a firmer fish. i would probably use cobia, king or spanish mackerel, dolphin, or wahoo. i'm limiting my choices to those fish that i catch. i never buy fish, except frozen fish sticks or at a seafood restaurant.

is there a difference between a dolphin (like a flipper dolphin) and a porpoise? i always called flipper dolphins porpoises. i think that there is a difference, but i always called the ones that i see off the coast of the OBX porpoises. because i always thought a dolphin was a fish.

they are often called mahi

anything that resembles Flipper is a porpoise to me. i have no idea about which ones should be called dolphins or porpoises.

i mostly fish in brackish water, actually. if you taste it, it may taste anywhere from barely salty at all to almost as salty as the ocean. it all depends on rain. this is where the rivers of NC meet the sounds.

i primarily fish the pamlico/tar, neuse, bay, pungo, and trent rivers and their tributaries. i fish the sounds around morehead city, cape lookout, and lots of other places. i fish all over eastern NC, actually.
