^ If you're at home, you should make some black bean burrito-type things. All you do is make some brown rice, put some black beans over that, and top with mexican cheese and put all of that in a tortilla (I use wheat tortillas and reduced fat cheese so it's not super bad for ya). Or you could make black bean lasagna rolls. Here's the recipe: http://www.jennycraig.com/food/recipes/details/20/result

Orrr if you have to go somewhere, Chick Fil A's chicken salad sandwich is really good, with a fruit cup. And if you're looking for something not healthy -- Mojo's (downtown, across from Mellow Mushroom) has the best burger ever called the carnivore!

You made me hungry now.

omg those black bean recipe ideas are making my mouth water

sadly i'm at work so i can't make them, but it made me think of Moe's, which isn't healthy at all...

oh lord don't even get me started on black beans... I also have an awesome recipe for Texas Caviar that has black beans, homily, green peppers, pico de gallo.. yummmmm.

^^ I can't bring you lunch, I'm at work Trust though, i wish I was able to instead of being here!!

^ Yes, I do, and I can't deny........ When a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist and a round thing in your face, you know you get sprung.

Texas Caviar, hello! HT usually has some that they make fresh in the produce department. But I'm sure yours is better.

Don't get me started on that song. Gawd, now I'll be singing it in my head all day.

i would venture to say that Sir Mix-a-Lot managed to make a rap song that appeals to more non rap listening people than any other.

see. i didn't even say white people. i always see white girls singing it. never black guys... black girls... white guys... hispanic girls... so on so forth. i find the trend funny.

the trend does not normally follow the little in the middle but she got much back.

many times its little in the middle and can't find the back.

unfortunately back then there wasn't someone to parody it for us fella. now lil kim would probably do it.

how bout this. make a name for the song. I'll work on it. but you get a cameo that you have to write yourself.

ok, I have a question

I do not know what went wrong, but I will tell how the events occurred to
the best of my recollection. I was in the elevator at work when a colleague
told about me the shift change at the plant coming up in August. Apparently,
all the men who worked the dayshift would come in at 5am and leave at 1pm.
This was a big change for me since I almost never arose from sleep until
after 6am. I was certain the scheduled shift change was due to the increased
production expected at that time. So I requested a schedule change to work
swing shift in August when I came in to work the next day. This was three
months in advance of the scheduled shift change. I received my new schedule
and marked it on the calendar.

Two weeks into August and I received a pinkslip in my Pay Envelope. I was
very surprised to say the least, but I was confident that my advance notice
would be enough to convince the Human Resources department that I was
neither negligent nor irresponsible in my duties at work. I was wrong. They
said that my request and advance notice was never turned in, and so my new
schedule notice was a fraud. They said "No such person existed in the Human
Resources department when I requested the schedule change". I was dismissed
on the grounds of excessive tardiness.

What went wrong?

1. The shift change request was for the month of May, so the Human Resources
department was late in sending the pinkslip notice by three months.

2. The speaker turned the shift change request into a nonexistent employee
of the company he worked for.

3. The speaker requested the shift change properly, but she was always late
for her shift.

4. None of the above.

We come every now and then and go to the house if something is going on. We were at the PJ party a few weeks ago. I am on the housing corp. now too so I go for those meetings and randomly go to chapter meetings but it is hard being 40 mins away.
