pretty pathetic if you ask me. It wouldn't be so bad to have a pathetic field if we weren't playing the first game of the football season on national television when everyone is going to watch us because its the first game on. Our reputation will now be "school that can't afford to paint their field. someone on packpride was sarcastically wondering if we were still a d1 football program considering our cheap field. I know teams who share fields and can still paint them twice a week.

Only Notre Dame can get away with lack of paint.

this must be getting bad because i dreamt about the game last night...except it was played in Death Valley, not carter finley. and i had upper deck seats on the rail and brought a harness just in case i fell off.

in the game Stephanie Yelle (carolina hurricane) threw an interception to Willie Young for a TD, and we were up 14-7 at the end of the first quarter.

Russell Wilson's stats read 25-20 for 300 yards and 4 TD's at halftime, and I couldnt believe he could complete 5 passes he didn't throw, yet everyone around me insisted this was the case

The field looks fine without the center logo. midfield logo ends up looking like garbage in the winter months anyway. I think it looks the best it has in years. And finally trimming the endzone letters in Red, that was definitely necessary.
