^that's Rose Nails, and i boycotted them. funny story though, gotta tell you someday.

^^i go to Gorgeous Nails which is a few doors down from Mac's in that shopping center. but if you want a "nicer" place, then i'd suggest the place we took Gina for her baby shower, which is Triangle Hair, Nail, and Day Spa in Cary Crossroads.

Woman, I LOVE sushi. And 42nd St.

Are you ready for Asheville? I really want to go to the Bier Garden. It has over 200 beers. http://ashevillebiergarden.com/

I also want to visit Biltmore if we have enough time.

Yay! And Buck and I want to snow hike if you want to join.

Okay, where do you like to go for sushi? I used to go to Waraji and Sushi Blues all the time, but what's new/better?

I have never been to Waraji but my cousin and her husband used to be partial owners, and I know she still works there occasionally - so I say we go to Waraji! If she's working we will get the hook-up.

Home Depot - say what?

Yay! Rob and I used to LOVE Waraji. I'm not a huge fan of Sushi Blues, but the location rocks. Is there another sushi place you like though?

Will we have time for a Mommy's Nite Out when I'm in town? I want to get Gina drunk!

Also, it's time for me to find a Cancun date, asap. I'm getting desperate!

depending on when we leave for Asheville, we could possible do a MNO on Weds the 30th. i'll ask her what her schedule looks like.

the only other place i love for sushi is Sushi Thai in Cary. we can do either

Ooh! I heard Sushi Thai was awesome.

BTW, Mom and Dad freaked out last night! LOL. I wasn't going to tell them about the accident. Dad's first question, "So, was the driver your bf?" UGH. Really? Sorry Dad. I'm a loser.

Aww, I'm sorry! Buck came in from Walmart and I yelled downstairs that he needed to call you about the accident. I didn't realize he was on the phone with your mom at the time, LOL.

AHAHAHA

I called Mom earlier and left a message just to catch up with holiday plans. Then Mom called me 4 times and I ignored her calls bc I was on the other line, then baking cookies. Then I called Buck, then called Mom.

BTW, did Buck tell you about Graham? He's on food stamps and was hitchhiking through the ghetto and I had to pick him up from the shittiest part of town.

You picked a fun fam to marry into.

Haha, when you said you were going to hit up RedBox, I thought you meant you were going to purchase a box of Franzia merlot.

Not sure what I'm watching ... this guy is really funny, so I'm hoping comedy. You would approve. He's like a skinny version of A-Ron.

Yes, he does!

And I recommend the target wine cube for those special nights where you feel like slumming it.

Though you can't have a Tour de Franzia party w/o Franzia.

I'm comin' in my pants,
my shirt,
my best suit baby.
Gonna pick your flower
Gonna be there in an hour

I'm comin' in my pants,
my shoes,
my neck tie honey.
I'm so excited,
I hope that I don't come too soon!

I'm nervous! It prob won't work out tho ... he's extremely Catholic and I'm extremely ... not.

Another date planned for Friday, but that prob won't work out either bc homeboy is 41, has two kids and is in the process of getting a divorce.

if it's not gonna work out, just start the date out with "I really don't think this will work out, but let's do it anyway" and go have some fun

Well, I'm not POSITIVE that it won't work, but I figure I'll go into the date with an open mind.

I've never dated a Catholic guy before. Or a guy with kids. We'll see!

LOL. I am anti-organized religion.

^ What kind of crazy shit? Are you Catholic?

Then maybe I should ditch him and stick with the divorced 41-year-old. I'd prefer to not have babies and simply marry someone with grown kids.

I was raised Catholic and it took a LONG time to get rid of the various neuroses that the indoctrination drills into you

Yeah I'd ditch him and stick with the 40-something divorcee

^ You mean like the whole pre-marital sex thing? He's the youngest of NINE, also, and his parents are in their 70s. ACK!

^^ Yep. We met at a party and he started flirting with me. He asked if I was Catholic and then seemed bummed bc of the whole church wedding thing.

I said, "Whoa, I just met you and you're already talking about the wedding?"

He said he was just keepin' it real.

That's just one of the things. Catholics have so much deep guilt and anxiety that it comes out in bizarre, batty ways. You really have to get out of the church mindset young and spend the majority of your teens / early 20's learning how to be a real human

^^^ You're being vague. I need details. I know nothing about Catholicism except the whole sex and lots of babies thing.

^^ It's okay b00.

^ Tr00. I've dated so many guys who started making crazy future plans though, so the marriage comment didn't seem too terribly crazy. During our first date, the last guy I dated asked me to go to Thailand with him. And on my first date with my ex-boyfriend, he invited me to go on vacation with him and his parents in Naples. I just have bad luck.

truth - i was raised catholic - church twice a week all that jazz. the amount of guilt that other people put on you, just existing, super annoying. hypocrisy that abounds in the church pisses me off.

hence the reason that i've pretty much stopped going to church and just doing my own thing
