While I think it's pretty funny that he's not living up to the hype, and I'm fine with that, I don't see the need to get all personal. The kid is a kid. I haven't seen many any interviews with him, is he a total cocky asshole or something? Are you judging him on the way he handled his recruitment?

No, we're judging him because he's a tarheel now.

We're judging him because he was an ACC all american or whatever before he even stepped foot into college play.

We're judging him because he's now a media darling just like the rest of UNC, and he's had more ESPN time than our whole team.

We're calling him overrated to his face because we want UNC to lose, and frazzling an already frazzled Barnes is just an extra easy way to help the team.

We're judging him because he was a McDonald all american even though one of our freshman got held out because Barnes hype was too big (I forget which of our players it was, Leslie?)

So, I agree. To hell with Harrison Barnes, and especially UNC, and I don't think a single person would mind if he never gets out of his slump (here's knocking on wood not to unjinx him)
