Nope - We really need as many girls as guys.

Right now we have 5 Def guys tonight and 2 maybes. A lot of people can't make it tonight but our team is actually much larger.

And 2 Def girls...

We are supposed to have 5 girls and 5 guys on the field.

So we need lots more people!!

I've never had a dress before that was shorter than just above the knee, I just don't know how I'd feel in a shortie dress

although I think I would feel ok wearing it with black tights

Can the hem be let out a couple of inches? Otherwise, check the return policy and see if there's a larger size that has a couple of additional inches in length. You'll still have to take it to a tailor to have it taken in at the waist, but I think it's worth it for that dress.

What shoes are you going to wear with it?

Actually, tights would be cute!

no the hem is only like 1 inch of extra fabric!

it's hard to tie the bows nice so they look like the pic ... I'll have to google it

^I bought a dress recently that I was originally going to wear to a wedding, but then plans changed...So, it's still cute enough to wear for a night out! Anyways, it's a Free People dress that I got from Belk's at Crabtree. They are having some REALLY good sells this week/last week. They had all these designer dresses for 50% or more off...BCBG, French Connection, etc.

^LOL, girl, I can totally relate. I'm 5'1" and usually have to wear petite dresses. My boobs are normal, I guess, but they used to be bigger. haha

^^I LOVE ankle booties. They are so cute! However, I also bought a pair of suede, knee-high black boots with 3.5 inch stiletto heel. They rock!

I also have a pair of grey, vintage-ish booties that I ordered online. I've only worn them once, but they were pretty comfy. Looked great with the black tights I wore with them.

^^You think those are good cuddlin' shoes, EMCE?

I am short myself, but I think my body is pretty well-proportioned...at least, I don't think my legs are too short or anything. Possibly even on the long side for my height. who knows! heh

Thanks, elkaybie! I like the boots you posted as well! Are they suede? I've been in love with boots since last yr! The grey ones I have (posted above) are quite comfortable & I got some compliments on them when they were worn.

i got my ribbon shoes, and forgot to tell you guys!
i really like them, and they look good with my wedding dress

it takes a while to get the hang of tying them the first time, and you have to adjust them once youre standing in them normally the first time, to get them tied so theyre not too tight (or loose)
but they stay on well and dont slide, once you get them tied properly, and are well made

unfortunately these are the only pics i have of them so far:

I LOVE HEELS.

I can walk, run, jog, dance, etc in heels. I even gave lessons one night in the sorority house before a function.

remember: heel --> toe

I love heels as well! they are super sexy and can vary not only in style, but in comfort as well. I, personally, know I shouldn't wear heels (bad knees, bad joints in general), but i cannot help myself. I'm somewhat of a fashionista (or @ least, I pride myself on thinkin I'm one!)

also do you have to have really strong facial features to rock a long bob? i really like the look of the cut but all the women that have them (i mean i'm primarily looking at pictures of famous people here) have like really strong jaw lines or high cheek bones.

my face is just kinda....round and blah.

first, what's a long bob?

2nd, I'm not a fashion person by any means, but that red thing is kinda hideous to me.

Heidi Klum's hair looks great there.

Also not a fan of the red dress. It would hide your figure if you have nice hourglass curves. It's a good dress if you have great legs though.

i really like that haircut!!

im WAY too scared to cut my hair though. its super long right now and the last time i cut it short i hated myself for it and have been growing it out since. im done growing it and just need to maintain it now but dang if i dont want to try out a shorter cut for a week or two without actually cutting my hair maybe i need a good short wig to satisfy my fleeting short hair desires without actually cutting my hair

^ i feel the same way! i really like the way the "long bob" looks but i'm scared to do it

but i haven't had my hair cut since feb (whoopsy)

whenever i get my hair cut short (not that shoulder length is short but it is a lot shorter) i hate myself, too. ugh.
