OK- bitching enough actually worked this time- it is amazing how much more willing people in a real financial institution are willing to work to figure out a problem and help you out as opposed to what they do at NCSU


they are both getting your money and your business... why does one have to be so much worse than the other in terms of customer service?


^there is a great sports bar there in philly that has awesome sammiches... I can't remember what concourse it is on, but it is the big concourse that splits off in several different directions (I have been stuck in that airport on more than one occasion). Bartender even gave me some free drinks one time because USAir had dicked me over and over booked a flight and decided to pull me
