hahaha flying out of EYW is interesting if you've never done it before. basically the pilot "guns it" since the runway is kind of tiny.

key west is AMAZING in february. i went mid-feb a few years ago and it was great. definitely people around but not super crowded.

yeah, I was surprised that someone else wouldn't expect there to be people there... It is a tropical location within the US that has warm weather this time of year when most of the northern states are covered in snow- it's like saying you wouldn't expect there to be people in Miami this time of year.

I know that Key West is a popular place but it was fucking packed out. Traffic had a hard time getting through and all the restaurants were full! Maybe it had to do with superbowl weekend, after the game everyone went there, or maybe it means stay the fuck away during the summer haha.
