a witness that played gossip girl with all of the wives while at the party

no clue why he was crying but it was during playback of his first interview with CPD

he basically talked with NC for a while and then was told that she was all "desperate housewives" by the party host

she did tell him that she was going running in the morning but did not specify if she was doing this with anyone else or what route she would take

I think he's a suspect... he was not being honest or straight forward. It was pretty sketch. We haven't seen anything absolving him of the possibility.. except he checked his wife's timeshees to see if he was home babysitting...

he said he checked his wife's time sheet (for work). to make sure he was right about the time she dropped the kids off since she doesn't normally drop them off that early on a saturday.

They shoulda definitely pressed harder on that guy

they bring this up because it goes to time of death. the autopsy show that she had caffeine in her system and maybe a bite of onion no food.

if she was killed at 12:30am as the State says why was there caffeine and little food in her system when she was at a cookout.

and people have testified that NC runs on an empty stomach and after 1 to 2 cups of coffee.
