looking at the forecast towards the sandhills, it looks like we will get some flurries but nothing will stick. areas northwest of us may have a couple inches fall but they will have no accumulation

so maybe we get some nice flurries while drinking your morning coffee sunday, but it won't be anything more than that

yup. we got a strawberry farm. looking at a crop that's about 3 weeks ahead of average. meaning frost protecting/covering is even more important this year than on an average year at this stage. and tbh, strawberries are one of the easier (all relative, i guess) crops to protect against frost.

this is a bit interesting, just southeast of is is calling for 1" while they forecast our area for just a trace. usually in my experience snow shift northwest vs the forecast, which would put us into the snow area.
