So lately work has been stressful as hell, my boss is playing games with me and the other new guys by delaying our promotions and making us out to be the bad guys (in reality our group is completely unstructured and has never had young new people like this, so they don't have any training program and WE have to make the training program), the stress is getting so high that I've been getting panic attacks, and generally I just can't take my mind off work because wharrrrgarbl.

Then today I get an email with the ASCE Norfolk newletter which has job postings for which I am apparently a highly desirable candidate. To work this job I would only need to do a lateral shift out of my current group and into another group. This other group is a proper professional engineering organization. I think I'm going to do it.

decent right now, thanks for asking! laying on my side right now so my ear can drain; its still going from yesterday. it doesn't hurt as much as it used to, maybe because it drained a ton last night.

although my right jaw joint (same side as the bad ear) hurts whenever i move it to talk or eat. kinda wonder if its a combination of ear infection and TMJ or if the congestion on that side is just fucking with the joint

^my TV that just died was a TV-VCR. I dunno if its maybe the cable instead or what, but it just kept going out. 18" screen or something like that
