^ nothing is wrong with it. Hell, I used sick time once because I needed a mental health day (granted, I just didn't call out sick, I made sure to do what needed to be done and what work could be saved for a later day was set aside). The point is the dude is lying about being sick when he really isn't I guess? PTO resolves issues like these... Either you have time or you don't.
