i am done with everything on my to do list. and i mean EVEYRTHING. even that "never going to get around to it but i keep putting it on my list" crap

- organized my filing cabinet & shredded over 500 pages of crap i dont need anymore & filed & labeled everything else
- all laundry is done
- all dishes are done
- house has been cleaned
- closets & drawers have been cleaned out & organized
- garage is tidy
- everything for yard sale & goodwill are boxed up
- packed for the next 2 trips i have coming up (leave sunday for one & thursday for the other)
- all pictures have been backed up to external hard drives
- pantry & fridge/freezer have been organized & cleaned out
- my taxes are even done!

now it's time to sit back & relax

marinade was kick ass, nothing too overpowering, just an oaky sweetness with a tang

if i would have changed anything i would have increased the soy sauce and maybe added a little bit of pepper sauce
