^^^Oh, I guess the comment did imply that. I wasn't trying to say that he said the Cary PD deleted files, just that files were deleted. Each comma separated point was an independent thought.

Well if the deleting was done by Cisco (as part of normal maintenance), or if the deleting was done during the FBI/CPD forensics process (as you're saying) those are two different things...

98% of the files over the lifetime of the computer are valid.
87% of files between the 10th and the 12th of July are invalid.
100% of Google Map Search files are invalid.

Deleted/tampered files were after it was in CPD possession exclusively.

Yea, I'm not sure how to interpret the jury impatience....i think it could be that they already went in with their minds made up, or that they're smart enough to realize what a joke the prosecution is and just want to go home/back to work.

I get the feeling that it would have been unusual if the evidence from the offer of proof was accepted since it had already been supressed. From what little I know (wikipedia and others), it is primarily so they can get the evidence on record an use it in an appeal.
