haha. this is what usually happens to me. its like i try to help move but when i lift something i always get yelled at for doing it the wrong way or not holding enough of the weight. so i just let my brother and boyfriend do it. and i carry light things and boxes and "supervise" (aka tell them what to do ).

but in all fairness i did help my boyfriend move once out of a disgusting nasty ass house and i had to lift all this this end up (like that solid wood furniture) stuff with him. and i didn't whine. except when a smooshed mouse fell out of one of the couches. (they had a cat, but still gross).
