^^well, i've had the Sea Dog before (i tasted LunaK's last weekend) and i have had Spaten mixed with Woodchuck (called a Snakebite at Flying Saucer) but never Spaten on its own. and i've never even tasted the Apricot. however, i've definitely had a few pints of the Ephemere and really like it.
