Cut my calories and picked up more exercise...which has kinda been hard seeing has how anytime I walk my foot gets worse. Unfortunately when you can't afford a gym it makes it much harder to be able to do any low impact cardio, and by the time it's warm enough to swim my foot should be feeling better
I'm just gonna have to push through it.

i have a gym membership but i don't like going because i don't want people to judge me. i know no one is ACTUALLY paying attention to me but i still can't get over the fear. but i'm going to start tomorrow. no joke.

i love swimming it is so much easier to me than running HOWEVER i have bad shoulders and sometimes it really kills to swim.

i also want to do some general toning. i don't want to be super muscle woman but i just want to not have jelly rolls galore.

I'm just pissed off cause of my foot! It really annoys me that when I decided to really make the effort and get out and walk and run I end up rebreaking my foot and can barely walk.

I ran/walked today for about 45 mins and by the end I was pretty sure my foot was going to just fall off.

I'm not really sure what I should do though, cause I don't wanna stop being active, but I need to give my foot a rest so that it can heal...

If anyone knows of any great cardio work outs that won't fuck up my foot anymore and don't require a gym membership/machine at home/warm weather to swim let me know!
