Speaking of pets...so my dad made me to get two birds yesterday...

I get home from class today and one of them somehow got out of the cage during the day and is flying around the house....comes withing inches of my head and I hit the deck and crawl on my stomach to my room and stay there until my dad gets home to catch it and put it back in the cage...

while he was catching I hid in the bathroom watching from behind the door.

Doesn't hurt them and you only clip the first 3 or 4 feathers, this prevents prolonged flight but if they need to get away they can do so in a short burst
