I ran about 0.75 of a mile, walked flat for another 1.25, then briskly walked uphill for another 1.75 or so.

I need actual running shoes or new calves. One of the two.

I lifted last night and ran 1.5 miles that morning. I also ate grill chicken and OJ for dinner.

Today, I ate a bowl of cereal, a healthy chicken wrap, and I plan on running 1-2 miles then lifting at night.

I ate two whole wheat sandwitches last night for dinner and I ran last night.

I plan on lifting hard tonight and taking a break on the running until tommorrow.

quit smoking, cut out caffeine.

biked 8 miles yesterday, kept my heart rate over 155 the entire time. 8 minutes on the elliptical, hr over 160 the whole time. 8 minute cool down on the treadmill, covered about .5 miles. I'm trying to strengthen and tighten my quad so that my knee cap will stay in place and i can run on it again.

followed that with high weight/low sets work on my back, normal routine for my biceps and then some ab stuff.

afterwards i managed to down two chicken brest sandwiches, a 10 oz burger, and a slim fast shake.

later i did two lean cuisine dinners, a protein shake and another slim fast.

I ran a mile without stopping + some more.

I also ate a sub on whole wheat and drank water all today

my shins have finally stop being bitches. they don't hurt as much anymore.

I've invented a new dieting concoction; it's a spray bottle of DMSO, yohimbine HCL USP, caffeine anhydrous USP, and ephedrine. now I need to find some sodium usniate.

why are you all posting your shitty diets?

If we want to talk food, today i've so far eaten:

6 egg omlete with mushrooms and spinach, 1 cup (measured dry oatmeal) w/ honey and apple mixed in, big glass of milk
chicken breast w/salad (olive oil and basalmic vinegar drizzled on top), milk
big can of tuna, 2 peices of whole wheat, bannana, milk
peri and post workout shakes
going to eat dinner soon and then some more food later on.

today was a pretty easy day for me. just did 20 minutes on the stairmaster and did a full body lift instead of concentrating on a couple muscle groups.
