I go to counseling weekly
shit, I did two sessions in a week recently

it's hard work but it's worth it

CBT to cope
DBT to thrive
mindfulness meditation to smooth things out

In general yes. I thought I was having memory problems and migraines but it turned out I had mild insulin resistance and was eating waayy too much processed sugar. Cutting out all soda (except diet) and drastically reducing sugary treats basically solved my problems. And extremely minimal weight lifting

But it costed ~$6k to figure this out even with insurance (which isn’t a big deal to me but I know not everyone has that situation)

Dietary deficiencies are also a real contributor to general malaise

about a year ago I was feeling very run down and it turned out my Vit D and Vit B levels were "insufficient" -- that's lower than low, it's a problem

also had bordering on low testosterone

since then, I've solved these challenges, and I feel a lot better

this shit has been so bad since the beginning of 2024

I literally went the whole day until an hour ago feeling like ABSOLUTE HORSE FUCK


I've already gone into detail about how I don't think I can trust any anti-depressants. every time I take one, the physical side effects (and in a couple of cases I had shit like anxiety) were just too much to bear - to the point where I felt better off of them

idk what to do bros

should I try lithium?

should I try ketamine ? (isn't there prescription something like that)

ECT?

I don't see the point of living like this lol

like I probably won't kms but it would be just fine with me if this just all stopped

ugh I was trying to play DDR because Greenville mall had a DDR Extreme machine, and then he got rid of it because they ran out of room

I have DDR pads at home but it's slightly difficult to set up bc I have to do it in the garage, which means I have to tote my tiny little CRT down there

I should make an effort to do that more often though

and honestly I feel like exercise used to help a lot, and now it might just help very marginally

like not enough to even bother with (except to keep my body healthy lolz)
