I thought fox presentation was great. beautiful hd. constant cuts to the band. not so great talkers but everything else was top notch production wise. 2nd to only cbs. i just hate abc/espn all together. all they have is decent announcers. musrenbuger or w/e is garbage though. the man knows nothing more than a casual fan.

lol - won't work, huh? Navy just blew the fuck out of Missouri in their bowl game. 35-13...and Missouri didn't see the endzone after the first minute of the game. That Missouri team was ranked 12th in the nation against the run....all Navy did was rack up 515 total yards including 385 on the ground and 28 first downs. Missouri had tons of time to prepare for it an all Navy did was play one of their best games of the year. Hell, Navy thurned the ball over three times and still scored 5 TD's.

Georgia Tech's o-line played like shit last night. Their blocking was terrible. I would be shocked if any individual lineman graded out at 50% or better for the night. They did not get their cut blocks down and weren't able to hold blocks on the edges.

Paul Johnson is still playing linemen recruited for pro-style offenses. His first Recruiting class becomes juniors/redshirt sophs in 2010...and they have already won the ACC. Yeah, sure would have been shitty to get that instead of 3 straight losing seasons under TOB and another offseason of "maybe next year"

^^^the best option QB Navy has had, Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada, was 5'11 and 195 lbs. Navy's current QB, Ricky Dobbs, is 6'1 and 198. Russel Wilson is bigger than both of them. Nesbitt has 2 inches and 6 whole pounds on Russell Wilson.

Ask Sam Bradford, Tony Pike, et al if they think that sitting back in a pocket is a lot better for their health than running the ball. People get hurt no matter what they do.

But hey, maybe next year...year four...TOB can bring state a winning record. Meanwhile, PJ will try to repeat as ACC champions and improve on his 20-7 record at GT.

I wonder how long people are going to make excuses for obrien. He is a HORRIBLE coach. Even comparing him to johnson is outright laughable. Its not like these are two good coaches doing similar things. Obrien was never even great at his other major school while johnson was doing things at navy. navy!

TOB is not the coach we thought he was. He has yet to do anything worth a damn other than beat UNC which gets you nowhere.

Is it going to take ANOTHER losing season before some of you will admit we made the wrong hire?

I just don't get it.

3 seasons and the guy has yet to have a winning record here and still some of you think it was a better hire than PJ.
