I'm alive and well, got like 50 pistol clips with one guy and 10 revives with another. I killed about 8 zeds in West Greyside so far, and ready to get a few more as soon as I get some more AP. If you guys want a revive head towards the buttontown corner and give me some time.

They are in different parts of the neighborhood. They don't interact with each other, so I think it follows the rules.

I don't think PKing applies, you can still be identified, but not easily screencapped.
