there's only 2 rounds to the ACC tourny...the top 8 teams in the conference were split into 2 pools, each team played every team in its pool, and the top winner from each pool then played each other in the championship. if we had beaten clemson, we would have gone.

I don't like the format for CWS. Right now it is:
(64) Double Elimination
(16) Best of 3
(8) Double Elimination
(2) Best of 3

Instead I'd like to see
(64) Double Elimination
(16) Double Elimination
(4) Double Elimination or 2 best of three series and then the winners play a best of 3
