Its not the police fault that the looters are using protesters as shields. They even send out a warning text before teargassing an area.

Where are the community leaders? Michael sam should be speaking out against looting to get these people straight.

I love the angle some are trying to go after, it is a highly populated black town but run by white people. Is the media aware mayor, city council and school board positions which are held by whites are elected. I read there was a 12% turnout for the last election.

Obama was a Community Organizer, maybe he can dust off his organizing skillz. That's why he cut his two week Martha Vinyard trip short.

It appears blacks want to live segregated from whites. This will prevent white officers from killing their youth. Is everyone good for nominating New Jersey as a destination? I think we all know how this would turn out.

I have heard several eye witnesses claim the cop shot him in the back while running away and at that point is when he turned around and put his arms up and said he was unarmed and to stop shooting. This is why eyewitness testimony is one of the weakest forms of evidence because people will almost never be able to tell you exactly what happened and things like that matter.

the two shots in his arms with no exit wounds combined with the severe angle of the shots to the head are confusing. One shot entered through his eye socket, exited through his jaw, and then entered again through his collarbone. Another shot was to the top of the head with no exit wound, meaning the bullet traveled down through his body. Either he was flying like superman, or the cop shot him twice as he was falling to the ground.

The two shots in the bicep with no exit wound are even more confusing. He was a big boy, but I still don't see his arm being big enough to stop a bullet completely. Three of the arm wounds could be graze wounds, but the top one looks like it's in the center of his arm. The report doesn't show any exit wounds through the back of the arm though.

every witness said something different. the bullet wounds match a witness statement that was posted in here earlier from a cell phone recording on site, with the person saying Brown ran away, doubled back on the officer, and the officer started shooting everywhere. There's still a lot of details we don't have that will tie all this together once it goes to court and forensic experts piece it all together. The lack of GSR on the head shots does seem to confirm the cop being a good distance away from Brown, so the close range execution stories seem to be bogus. I'm not sold on the cop being in imminent danger if he was shooting the guy from thirty feet away though.

Most people ran with the witness statement of the friend that was with him, but it's hard to believe he saw what happened when he even admitted during his interview that he was hiding behind a car. If I heard a cop say he'll shoot, I'd be in a ball tucked up by the front wheel of whatever was parked close by.

Yes the shot to the top of the head is a bit strange but I mean a guy could be running towards you with his head ducked down trying to avoid fire or as someone else said if the cop unloaded several rounds at the guy maybe he was simply falling forward from the other shots when the final one struck him.

Obviously we are gonna have to wait for the CSI guys to figure out what happened as best they can but seems like already the evidence and the eye witness reports dont really add up all that well.

The autopsy won't do much to explain everything. Bullets do funny thing inside of the body and shootng a moving human flesh outside of a controlled environment. This isn't a YouTube video shootng poor quality gel in my garage.

the autopsy does help explain some things, such as why did the officer shoot him 6 times - 4 of the wounds were superficial and wouldn't stop an attacker.

the expert who performed the autopsy stated that the bullet wounds in the arms came from the front.
