I could only support a Republican that did not support implementation of Christian Jesus law, Go Figure!!!!!

Guess that knocks out everyone except Trump and questionably Rand Paul on my list....

A good breakdown on the failures of the Walker campaign from Byron York at the Washington Examiner:

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/article/2572552

And with Walker out, the idea of a Cruz v. Rubio scenario moves one step closer to becoming a reality:

lol sure, next they'll be saying the Iraq War was Bill Clinton's idea. Republicans want us to believe that the world ended on January 20, 2001 and we all woke up in January 2009 with a black guy in the White House, "We have no idea what happened guys, it's not our fault!!!!".

Fun to watch Carson squirm a bit on this muslim thing... at least he did end up saying:
Quote :
"If you’re a Christian and you’re running for president and you want to make this into a theocracy, I’m not going to support you. I’m not going to advocate you being the president"

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/powerpost/wp/2015/09/22/ben-carson-forces-republicans-to-take-sides-on-electing-a-muslim-president/

But i think these candidates have already been elected... how many states had constitutional amendments banning gays?

Amazing how these people don't see the parallels... hopefully the voters do.

Many Republicans would prefer to look at it as a chance to separate some of the candidates on a substantive issue instead of being reassured how much they all agree about loving Ronald Reagan and opposing abortion, etc.

what does it say about the party when one of the substantive issues is based on an outright lie?

When you make statements such as ^, it helps to define what "the lie" is.

Being a victim gives rise to certain entitlements, benefits, and preferences in society. The surest way to get something in today’s society is to elevate one’s status to that of the oppressed. Many of the modern victim movements — the gay rights movement, the feminist movement, the black empowerment movement — have attempted to get people to view themselves as part of a smaller group deserving of something from society. How is that considered a "slip of the tongue"? That is dead on with the politics of victimization.

^ No informed person, particularly a presidential candidate, should believe that gays, blacks, and women were only pretending to be oppressed. This is a plainly idiotic belief to have, especially during the mid 90s.

Anything that doesn't go along with the false-victim narratives from the left seems idiotic to a liberal.

How are blacks or women oppressed?

That's the thing about defending a false narrative, there is never a response when asked for examples.

Remember your islamaphobia example?

To be fair he is far better than a lot of the mainstream GOP who legit believes Christian men are the ones actually being oppressed.

Or they can't respond because I asked for evidence/examples/specifics... which, when dealing with false narratives, don't exist.

No, when you say stupid stuff like women and blacks aren't oppressed in any way, and there's no such thing as islamaphobia, it's apparent you're either obtuse or you're trolling. Either way, it's gotten really lame.

Almost as lame as you misrepresenting what I have posted.

I never said "Islamaphobia doesn't exist". I just pointed out how the #IStandWithAhmed incident was a false-narrative that the brainless-social-media-lynch-mob accepted as fact because it fit the "oppressed victim" narrative.

Quote :
""They never thought he had a bomb... they just wanted to humiliate a brown muslim boy""

When I defecate on the garbage liberal "articles" (that only go viral because of outrage culture click-bait) I'm not saying "Islamaphobia/racism doesn't exist". I'm just saying that for this specific "article"/example, the HuffPost Brigade has their panties in a bunch for no reason, and is only causing division and spreading ignorance.

Ignorance such as:

Quote :
"Inside of America and Europe, muslims are being attacked, having their mosques burned"

And this is coming from what I assume is a college educated adult. The masses on social media are even less informed.

Why?

Because he is annoyed that liberals keep video taping and trying to ambush debate him in what is supposed to be a Q&A? Especially about a non-issue like pot? They are just trolling him hoping to get a quote they can use for a click-bait headline. The "nurse" in that video did the same thing to Fiorina.
