Yep, because 2 losses by a combined 4 points with your starting point guard injured and then losing AT Duke, which has been a regular pattern over those 20 years, is ENTIRELY the coach's fault.

The Wake and Maryland games were unforgivable but I'm not as upset about this stretch. I still have confidence that this team can pull it together for the end of the season and be strong in the ACC tourny.

So I'm a little conflicted with how well Lewis has been playing lately...

I want to see more of Lewis and Brown on the floor at the same time. You just can't come close to our fast break level without Brown out there and Lewis runs a great half-court game.

But then Purvis would have to sit out...and he bumps that fast-break up another notch. But he's been less than stellar at finishing, so it kind of cancels it out.

Trust Gott to figure it out....

We usually play well at home, so we should win our remaining 4 home games. unless something terrible happens, @GT should be a win. Assume we implode @UNC.

@Clemson will be a really big win and confidence booster for us after going thru this mid season slump (does anyone remember the duke-fsu-unc gauntlet last year? I was so burnt out after those losses i had little motivation to even turn a game on)

A toss up might be @FSU to close out the season, but even if we lose that, we'll be sitting at 11-7 if everything else goes to plan.

Sucks to be .500 at this point, but the only losses that really irk me are Wake and UMD. We had no business losing to either of those shit teams when we were at full strength. UVA and Miami suck only because we had a chance to steal one or both of them.
