i have to take a mock bar exam tom and thurs (just the mult choice part - divided into 2 days). and i don't know how to study. like. at all. and it is 50% of my grade.

why the HELL did i sign up for this class. i think i was under the impression it was pass/fail like our last bar exam review class (last semester). but it isn't. and it is like 5 credit hours. fuck my life.

i don't even know how to attempt to study so i guess i'll just read my country living magazine and eat my soup.

I can't stand the way Zooey Deschanel sings on the She and Him, Volume One album. If you think she sings well on that, you prob are just buying into the hype that Zooey Deschanel transcends all life because she is an awesome indy-ish type of girl. I loved how she sang in Elf so when I heard she was part of a band/group/what do you call it, I got so extremely excited. She sings like someone that has a beautiful voice with no breathing training so it grates on my ears. I have listened to the whole album trying to give her a chance but I just can't do it. I even love the style of music she is singing in, I just think she needs to get some training.

With that said, I think she is stunning and she is one of my favorite people in hollywood because she is classic looking. I appreciate how she chooses roles that are neato but I don't think she can break out of the role of the quirky some-what-messed-up cute girl.
