Today while sitting at my desk and also driving home, I could feel my poorly maintained body's stomach touching itself with a moist area of overlap so I went on my first run in a very very long time. It was a decent pace and I think I might start doing it more frequently. Of course I say that every time I do the least bit of exercise and it never lasts.
