Are you only allowed to take one sleeping pill? If not I'd take another. But if so, I'd just start counting or something. I can never sleep so I feel your pain. I usually try to count or write/think out all the things I'm worried about all at once so that I've thought about them and I can finally sleep. cause usually when you can't sleep its because stuff is on your mind. sometimes making a to do list in your head helps because then you have things planned out. but if it is other stuff that you can't like "do" then...its harder.

hmmm, yeah it's like my brain won't shut up. The Dr made me stay at home all week and not see anyone and I've been extremely anxious about work (my boss is a cunt - the last time I was out from work was with emergency appendectomy surgery and she told me to 'enjoy my vacation while she covered for me') and what's going to happen when I go back on monday.
I just finished The Road and the movie I watched was Heaven's Heart (sounds gay but it was good - swedish film with english subtitles)
I can't take any more sleeping pills for another few hours But I think you're right about my brain not shutting up

i don't know how to prove you wrong. i pay for my own school? worked through college? work 2 jobs now? turned down (unpaid) internships because i can't afford to spend 3 months working for "free." neither of my parents are/were lawyers, etc.

^^^^good! my legs got sunburned not all of them only a tiny part. and it is a weird sunburn because my book was in my lap so most of my thighs were covered by a book then right on top of my knees got burned. and my shins honestly never burn. i don't know why. its like i have permanent shingaurd tan from soccer.
