weeelllllll i'm gonna use that pressed tofu you told me about from Grand Asia Market, but i'm gonna stir-fry my own fresh veggies in a little garlic oil and some soy sauce. i'm thinking squash, zucchini, onions, carrots, broccoli...hmm, i wonder if shredded cabbage would work in a stir-fry? i have to do it in a pan since i don't have a wok.

^I have a love affair with this Thai peanut sauce I bought. It's rather spicy, but I use just a drizzle of it for flavor. YUMMO.

it's sushi monday for me tonight... haven't done it in a while because the 2 main sushi places both have a roll I have to get when I go there that I can't eat for another week or so

the fried bagel (oooo so good, but ooooooooh so bad for you) at one

and the sweet potato roll at the other (they fry the potato so it is crunchy)




but dammit- I want sushi, so it will be had- maybe I could just get some real sushi (tuna) and an actual entree...
