pretty much.

ended up +a few buyins, but would have been nice to not get scooped on a >4 buy in pot 3 hand from my last! not a bad start back into the online world.

playing low again, getting back to the roots bonus whoring.

short session i know but ~16bb/100 over 1k hands isnt bad. i think that 20bb/100 may in fact be sustainable for 50plo8 on party. its riiiiiiipee.

one of my friends (an NCSU grad) got knocked out of the ME by Daniel Negreanu at the tv table... be interesting to see if ESPN shows it... it was Day 2 (like the real Day 2, not round 1)

I cant remember the exact details of the hand cause it was a few weeks ago and like 4 AM when he called me and i was smashed at the pool with some hooters girls, but...

he had like 8,5 suited on the button with a few limpers so he comes along... (dont recall exact stack sizes i think he had ~55K and BB was like ~5k)

flop comes 8,6,5

DN leads at it... another guy calls with like A6 (my buddy can see his cards).... my friend contemplates his play before moving all in....

DN thinks for a good bit... looks like he wants to muck but just cant do it... eventually calls with 8-6.

i think the A6 guy mucks and my buddy doesnt improve (I believe Negreanu ends up making a boat but thats not really important...)

tough hand, id probably muck preflop but based on his decision to limp id probably play it the same way on the flop.

Ok, here is the schedule. We will need a minimum of 4 players for each tourney, otherwise the event will not run. There are 6 events, and your top 4 scores will count. I tried to mix up the games as best I could, and kept them on Tuesdays, minus the first event.

All tourneys will be played on Full Tilt. You can view all the tournaments now, and pre register, by going to the "tournaments" tab, and then selecting "private". You can search by date, or by double clicking on an event will bring up the "TWWSOP Summer 2006 Event "X"".

Passwords for all tourneys are "TWW2006".
All buyins are $10+1.

haha, wow, I am grinding off a bonus at Party Poker in the beginners area playing .05/.1 limit and my god is it fucking brutal. I am at 4 tables, each with 9 morons. I have never seen such bad playing in my entire life. People are calling reraises on the river with ace high. AA is worthless here when 5 or 6 people go all the way to the river, unless you hit trips.
