after all this hair loss stuff... I can't stand looking at it like this anymore, so I'm getting it cut. I think how long it is right now is making it heavier and therefore not as bouncy.. I don't know. Plus I need a cut anyway.

How curly is it when it's curly? If you're going to get the bang part cut the way she has it, it seems like that would be weird with curly hair. But then again I know jack about curly hair because mine is super straight. If it's more wavy though, I think it would be cute.

But I think if you're worried about hair loss, you should sit down with your stylist and figure out the best cut to hide it.

Also, do you take Biotin? Biotin has helped me in my hair loss w/ my thyroid problem.

^2 that was my natural hair at rum runner's.. it's between curly and wavy, so more like wild curls instead of ringlets. I basically have the bangs now so I think it'll work - they're long enough to make a nice wave and such

^ no but my dr did recommend something with biotin in it today, as well as iron

when I get my paycheck today I'm going on a vitamin hunt :\ Women's One-a-Day can suck it

oh and I think I'm also going to explain it to the hair dress and let him do whatever with it (but still keep it medium length ya know)..

That's what I pretty much always do when I get my hair cut. I figure they know better what will work for me that I will probably come up with on my own.

My understanding is that ParaGard often makes periods worse, but Mirena usually makes them lighter or nonexistent over time.

some people have to have them removed pretty much immediately due to immune reaction against it. so just be prepared, you may have to throw that money away if it doesn't work out.
