Good. Overwash replenishes the beach.

Anyone that buys a beach house has disposable income.

Framers are employed to rebuild these piles of sticks.

Actual human suffering is minimal. No insurance money is paid out or wasted.

It's the best possible scenario, with the exception of public funds being used to rebuild Hwy 12.
