Hmm, well you could get drunk and have someone else take the S30V to your face. It cuts so well you shouldn't feel it even without anything really. gunzz gave himself a little cut last week and didn't realize it with one of my S30V blades. It was very minor but he didn't notice until he saw it, he never actually felt it happen.

I have found that razor sharp S30V is not bad to get cut with in terms of pain of initial cut. It's bad in terms of how easily it will cut you though, cause it will butterfly you open with ease. It seems to eat through human flesh like it's butter.
