I just found that the company I was going to interview for, before I landed my current job, still has the position listed for people like me. I contacted the recruiter who almost set me up with the position before (he asked me to stay in touch about the position) and asked if he thought they would still be interested in me.

It would be so nice to be able to have a decent paying job back in my hometown, at a place run by professional and responsible people, and to leave behind this strange place that I work that causes me to wake up from nightmares about safety dangers in a cold sweat, mind racing, terrified that my projects are going to kill someone or that I will be killed by the careless sort of people who work at the shipyard.

^I only watched the first season, which was excellent. Some of my friends watched the second season and thought it sucked so I never got around to watching it. I think they replaced the entire cast after the 3rd or 4th season so it basically becomes an entirely different show.
