So my anxiety was just like "fuck you" again, so I'm taking Monday off work as well and going to see my doctor back in Raleigh.

It's seriously a goddamn achievement to get seen by a doctor around here with any respectable turnaround time. I'm going to burn most of the leave that I have doing this stuff, but hopefully, by monday afternoon, I'll have a better coping method than "panic and wish you were dead" every damn time.
