yesterday was 45 minutes of stairclimber (fat burn, upped level) + 30 minutes treadmill (fast walk) + 50 lat pulls (40 lbs)

I ended up hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range and making it to the gym for 25 minutes of cardio yesterday. Not too much of a workout, but better than nothing I guess.
