I have a way to get out of this I think... IF dateline uses 18+ girls as "bait", if they actually use underage, than you are fucked.


Seems like someone could claim that they "knew" that the girl really wasnt under 18, even though she said she was. For example, say you were one of these fuckers, and you were talking to the chick online and she said she was 15 and sent you a pic and it just happened to be a girl you went to HS with and you KNEW she wasnt really 15 and just didnt say anything and went along with it... I dont see how you could get in trouble for that... not trying to sound like I am defending the fuckers just saying that it seems like people could claim that they didnt really act/seem/look like they were underage no matter what they said and since they really arent underage, then you cant charge them.
