I'm impressed with people who do this. I can't diet as evidenced by the following meals yesterday - pizza for breakfast, chick fil a for lunch and a cuban sandwich for dinner.

I just work out a lot.

At least you're a guy and require more calories to maintain weight. If I don't work out, then I should only eat about 1,300 calories per day to maintain my weight. That sucks. If I didn't work out, I'd be a house.

Missed this and kadwachal's response. There's a place in Charlotte called Owen's Bagels and it's outstanding. The bagels aren't soggy either, they're just hot, melty cheese and not crunchy. They retain their doughiness.

I had a turkey wrap and a fuji apple.
