Birmingham locally voted to remove a confederate memorial, maybe all this is leading up to an evolution in mainstream conservatives to reject racism.

It's also worth pointing on that were it not for the protests following trayvon Martin's shooting and the black lives matter movement, we wouldn't be seeing nearly the level of energy and organization driving the activists now. There's a straight line from the black lives matter to trump being disowned by businesses and the truth about why the rebel flag became popular finally being reported.
