Just watched it, very funny and cute

Bo Burnham's Comedy Central spot is pretty good if you're looking for a quick one

I watched Deep Water. It's a documentary about the failed voyage of a sailboat race around the world. Great flick.

In the spirit of Halloween ...

House of the Devil - Some will be bored to tears, but I loved this movie. Throwback to the 80's with hitchcockian suspense.

The Orphanage - Not really my favorite brand of horror, but a solid movie nonetheless. I enjoyed this one more than the Devil's Backbone.

American Werewolf in London - Pacing is a little slow, but definitely worth watching for the transformation scenes alone. The Slaughtered Lamb scene reminds me of a pub my friends accidentally walked into during our trip in Ireland.

Fright Night - 80's vampire next door flick with holy water, garlic and wooden stakes.

Session 9 - I fell asleep during this one and had to finish it the following night. It doesn't get a strong recommendation from me, but there were a couple creepy moments.

i am probably going to watch the orphanage tonight. i've heard great things.

something about subtitles and spanish makes these movies automatically slightly creepier than those without. lol.

The Orphanage did rock!

I also liked Drag me to Hell... The sound track. if you can even call it that made the movie.

I don't have netflix, but I've been wanting to watch Gattaca, so I watched half of it on Hulu before I fell asleep. Hopefully the last half is as good as the first half. I'd def. recommend the first half so far

wristcutters: a love story keeps popping up on my recommendations. i should watch it?

right now i'm about to get in bed and watch an episode of nova (the pbs show haha) on instant. i just discovered they had a lot of novas to choose from

that probably makes me the most epic nerd of all time and not even the good kind of nerd.

i <3 pbs

i'm either going to watch nova or something ken burns. there is a civil war documentary i've had my eye on.

Waxwork is exactly like I remembered it but with worse acting. I wouldn't mind them recycling this movie today.

i refuse to watch that based solely on the pretentiousness of the full title:
precious based on the novel push by sapphire

I watched Precious last night. Pretty good flick. The reason the title is so long is because when it debuted at various film festivals it was called "Push" but they changed it to Precious: Push a novel by Sapphire or whatever because another movie called "Push" came out in 2009 and they wanted to reduce any confusion.

Thank you wikipedia.

Everyone who is SEMI computer literate, or at least knows the basic layout of a computer keyboard, do yourselves a favor

watch the first 2-3 minutes of Steven Seagal's Driven to Kill

He plays an author...so you'd think he'd know how to type...just watch the very first scene of the movie when he's at his computer...you'll only waste like 2 minutes of your time, and you will laugh out loud at his typing
