yikes. I knew this sorta because i have a lot of 1996 basketball cards but this is just hilariously brutal
Quote : | " Over the course of the 1995-96 season, the Warriors turned four former no. 1 picks (Hardaway, Gatling, Alexander and Carlos Rogers) into some guaranteed mediocrity (Kevin Willis, Bimbo Coles and BJ Armstrong), winning 36 games behind up-and-coming coach Rick Adelman. Of course, that knocked them out of the top six of a loaded lottery (Allen Iverson, Marcus Camby, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Stephon Marbury, Ray Allen, Antoine Walker). They took Todd Fuller 11th. Four of the next six picks: Kobe Bryant, Peja Stojakovic, Steve Nash, Jermaine O'Neal." |

I dont see it, I think he's taking league minimum for another couple years. Maybe something like 1 year, $1.1 million though he's young enough to take a flyer on. 3/22/2012 12:11:18 AM |

Jesus the Heat made it looked like they were more interested in catching a late night movie than playing the thunder. That was just awful, I have never seen a team so uninspired to play ball. 3/26/2012 10:24:28 AM |

That Heat-OKC game last night was why I can't watch the NBA in the regular season. It was brutal watching the half assed defense the Heat played. The NBA playoffs should start two weeks after the mens NCAAs conclude. 3/26/2012 10:57:40 AM |

face, you made a point to say that Derrick Rose is overrated and not an MVP because the Bulls seem to win in his absence.
Currently, the Bulls are 14-6 (0.700) this season without Rose and 28-6 (0.824) with him. Do you think these numbers are just BS or do you think there's some merit to the fact that his value is missed when he's hurt? 4/1/2012 5:56:46 PM |

Quote : | "The Washington Wizards rouse hometown hoops fans with precise shots and rafter-rattling dunks during a pair of games at the Verizon Center. After a thrilling first season that landed him among the NBA's top rookies, budding star John Wall continues to bewilder defenders with dazzling passes and by pulling rabbits out of his sneakers. Alongside Wall, guard Jordan Crawford, averaging 14 points per game this season, helps lead the Wizards’ offensive attack, and towering shot-blocker Kevin Seraphin prevents baskets by filling the net with old car mufflers. New head coach Randy Wittman, promoted from his position as an assistant in January, anchors the Washington bench with nearly two decades of coaching experience, drawing up intricate trick plays on the table with spaghetti sauce during weekly pasta dinners." |
