dude you ain't gotta tell me that

my company has held off as long as is humanly possibly to upgrade us from Office 2003

and still, 95% of the company is on Office 2003

the only reason my group is likely getting the upgrade is because we are dealing with files from our biggest client that are no longer working because we have such an old version of Excel and they have so many formulas/macros in their files

and basically our biggest client is laughing at us because we haven't upgraded yet and are having problems

i mean i've had Office 2007 on my laptop at home for awhile now, i just never use that stuff at home. it's always at work. so i haven't been forced to learn where shit is yet, and boy do i hate change

^^^I hate that I have to remember to save all my school stuff as 97-03 .doc files (or ppt or whatever it might be) so I can send it to professors or other people in my class. I'll send something to someone on a Thursday, and they will tell me Monday that they weren't able to get anything done because they couldn't open the file... OK, I guess that is more of a problem on their part of accountability and not letting me know sooner to send them another file, but I hate being able to give them a possible excuse to use

maybe my banks just dont give a fuck

but ive never told them i was traveling internationally nor ever had a problem with a card getting blocked

the only time ive ever had my card shut down was a debit card at the best buy in cary of all places

granted i was spending 5k after having expenses all up and down the east coast going to nyc then atlantic city

but it was a good weekend in atlantic city and dammit i wanted to buy a bigass tv
