Basically, I want people to pay me an ass load of money for a small lot size, almost custom made, piece of furniture. I would rather be a small company, if I did have certain designs that appealed to say commercial or contract, I would just sell the design to a large company.

I am just so bored working at Caterpillar where every day I do repetitive tasks and don't get to use my brain or creativity. It's a great job for job securities sake, but I don't like settling and I really feel like that is whats going to happen eventually. I don't want to look back ten years from now and be like wow, here I am.

factories in jan. very interesting and cool. i liked scancom a lot...WAY cool company. theodore alexander's factory was absolutely insane just like the amount of detail that went into their furniture (like decorating it mostly). and i don't even like that type of furniture. but whatevs. TA talked about doing custom pieces for some of its customers and having like small designers contracted to do them. so i kinda get what you're saying. i went on an MBA/JD trip so a lot of the talk was business-side stuff and i only could really pick up what i had learned in my business law classes like mergers and acquisitions and international business.

^^ well if you left the lid up maybe. and if your pee smelled really bad. maybe. but usually i'm really hydrated so my pee is like clear and doesn't smell at all. AND i don't leave the lid up AND i had another point but i forgot what it was.
