yayyy i finally found a face skin creme that is CHEAP and works for really dry skin. whew.

the only downfall is it kinda smells like old people.

it is ponds dry skin creme and its for your face and it works really well and you can wear it during the day AND night. and you get 10oz for $7 dollars. very good deal.

but it is the "caring classic" anddddd def smells like a grandma.

maybe you can add a few drops of an essential oil to overpower the grandma smell.

also its always grannies working the bra area and i dont think they could make recommendations for me... i dont want to wear old lady 50 snap 4" strap bras!

I tried a VS bra fitting and it was a joke. they measure OVER your shirt and bra you have on. I need a 30 or 32 and they didn't have much stock so the woman that "fit" me got me 34s to try on. Are there any places that do a better job? Lately I've given up and either buy bras at TJ maxx when I find them or order from fredericks.

Actually dillards has a really good bra fitting team. Ice ran into the vs wrong size bullshit before and won't really reccomend them to anyone! You can also go to a specialty lingerie shop- they will be much more accurate. Once you get sized you can go online to somewhere like figleaves that has a easy return policy and order a few at a time, if you want to avoid specialty store prices.

Sweet, I'll have to try that. Really wish there was a fredericks here, since they are one of the few stores I've been to that's really good about stocking smaller sizes.

if you live in Raleigh, go to the JC Penney's in North Hills. there's a lady who works in there who seriously spent 10 minutes measuring me and then showing me exactly which bras would work for my shape and size boobies. (i have 34D's)

just a head's up......Banana Republic has 25% off all their non-sale items this weekend.

i went to the mall today and got a new pair of Joe Jeans, and then 3 tops from Banana Republic. They have some really nice stuff in there.

Well I go in the fitting room with you and measure over your bra...no shirt. I measure right under the cup...around the top of your boobies...and then right around the middle. The measurement is just a guide so we can start to find you the right size. It will vary depending on the brand/style of bra you're looking for.

Most women just take their bra off and I'm like NOOOOOOO PUT THAT BACK ON NOW! haha. They're just that comfy with me, I guess I give off a vibe that says I want to see your tits.

You'd be surprised what granny knows. If you have big tits, your everyday bra will probably look all granny like. You don't need all that fancy fluff most of the time. I know most ladies like to have a pretty bra, but it's hard to find a super pretty one if you're a GG cup ya know?

Anyways....WHO WANTS TO BOOK A CHANEL APPONTMENT BITCHES? (I say that with &hearts haha

It is NOT impossible to find pretty bras in a GG cup (from experience!)

I got this in a deep purple for Valentine's festivities.

There are also plenty of utilitarian bras that aren't Grannyish!

One of my dreams is to someday own a high end, big boob centered lingerie shop.

it's hard to find them just sitting in a store without having to order is what I mean.

Lots of brands make pretty bras, but most stores don't have them just sitting in inventory because the more basic bras are what's going to sell day-to-day

i don't know if i can pull these off but i think i can

i got them from hautelook. cole haan. normally 125 but they were onsale for 50 which is pretty good for non target (which is what my other ones are) sunglasses. and i have really been wanting aviators. and they come with a hard case.

i was so torn between what lens shade and metal color to get but i finally went with this...goldish metal and brownish lenses.

the other problem with larger sized bras is that after a certain size they are all "minimizers". I like my big breasts, I dont want them to look smaller but the bigger problem is that minimizer bras pull your boobs sideways and put them at weird angles. They also do this ridiculous seeming and give your boobs a wierd shape

I would buy your bras if you open a shop. I looked for a specialty store last week and didn't find any after I had a horrible time bra shopping over the weekend

I went yesterday and got a deep purple, a peach flowered on black with a wide black lace band, and a brown & gray zebra print w/ a wide brown lace band

they had some 5/$25 and 3/$25 as well...but I latched on to the 3/$30 of course I've been buying the hanes and target's bra brand (i forget the name) for awhile now trying to save money, and this was my first underwear splurge in over 2 years. it feels goooooooooooooooooooooood

In other news, I want to get a cute sundress or outfit for our HM to Key West at the end of the month. I thought about a new bathing suit, but I'd rather do a new outfit or dress. So far I'm looking at

i haven't splurged on underwear in awhile either.

ok well i bought 3 lacy thongs kinda recently for 30 so i guess that is a splurge (whoops. but that was in november. before that i've been straight target. and you CAN find some good stuff there - i got some cute lacy boyshorts there once but i haven't seen them in awhile, which sucks cause they usually have the same style shit all the time)

but my dog chewed up 2 (of the thongs)

and its almost valentines day

not that i'm doing anything or that my boyfriend cares if my underwear is sexy anymore but it gives me an excuse

^^I had the same problem w/ their briefs and bikinis, but then I found their Intimissimi line (I'm probably spelling that wrong) and that was my rock until I stopped shopping there religiously. Since my splurge only VS spending, they started carrying cheekies I haven't had that problem. I also think their hiphuggers and boy shorts have gotten less full in the butt.

I'm also looking at jumpers...which will have to be a try on in store thing to make sure I don't look like an idiot, but some of these coming out are really cute (IMO)

^you like? It also comes in a purple print...I like the natural/yellow print, but I think purple will look better w/ my coloring and skin tone. I dunno why but I'm kinda nervous about it :/ I think it's cause I'm realizing my taste is slowly gravitating toward things my mom would like

hahahaha, ikr

the last one's gonna get eliminated due to $$, but I really like it too. The more I look at that one, I think it would be a fun dress to wear out for a nicer dinner one night whereas most of the other are more casual

I think I need to look at all the dresses I have that I plan on taking then decide from there. The "logical" approach versus the "oooooh pretty shiny!!!!" approach

I already have this one in blue and white sequins, but it's a cool suit.
