Was planning on doing leg/core circuit, but my core was still sore as hell from yesterday
3x12 lunges - then my knee started acting up 4x12 machine leg press 4x12 other machine leg press and 4x12 leg extension supersets 4x12 machine calf raises
4x12 incline bench 4x12 machine chest press 4x12 dumbell flies 4x12 cable crossovers
Oddly enough, that was the first time that I've ever done cable crossovers. My old gym didn't have the equipment and the Y is usually packed when I'm there.
