Well for a jury that has already shown impatience with the trial, them taking so long isn't looking so good. There's probably a small minority, like 2 people max, that feel like there is reasonable doubt so they're fighting it out with the majority.

I've seen or remember a jury came back after 2 days and said they were a "hung jury" and the judge made them go back and deliberate. (although i could be thinking of an episode of Matlock )

its stuff like this that makes me sad about our judicial system. Whether or not he actually did murder nancy cooper, I haven't seen enough evidence in this case to feel comfortable with a guilty verdict. We are talking about the rest of the mans life here. Unless there is hard evidence to prove he did it, how can people choose guilty?!?

Personally I do think he did it, thats just a gut feeling though, but I'm not stupid enough to just vote guilty based on my gut. There is definitely not enough evidence here to go that way

I know the jury hasn't decided yet, but I have a bad feeling about this.
